Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of French bread - sliced
  • 1/2 cup of butter - melted
  • 3 cloves of garlic - minced
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay the sliced French bread on a baking sheet and brush the garlic butter mixture on each slice.
  • Place the bread slices on the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly toasted.
  • Remove from grill and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top of each slice.
  • Place back on the grill and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Cheesy Grilled Garlic Bread!

Notes

For a twist, you can add chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, basil, or thyme to the garlic butter mixture.
You can also add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
To make it even cheesier, you can mix in some shredded cheddar cheese with the mozzarella and parmesan.
