1large onion - sliced (sweet or yellow onions are preferred)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
While the onions and mushrooms are cooking, prepare the garlic cream sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and minced garlic; stir well.
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet to your desired thickness. Spread the garlic cream sauce evenly over the dough.
Top with the caramelized onions and mushrooms, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and slice the pizza.
