Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado - halved and pitted
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls - bocconcini, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze - for drizzling
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing the avocado. Cut it in half and remove the pit.
  • In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon the Caprese mixture generously into each avocado half.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the stuffed avocados.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

This dish can be served as a light meal or appetizer. Feel free to use cherry tomatoes for extra sweetness if desired.
