Ingredients
  

  • 1 French baguette - sliced
  • 1 cup fresh figs - sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto - thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese - softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey - for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper - to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped basil. Spread this mixture generously onto each toasted baguette slice.
  • Top each slice with figs and fold a slice of prosciutto over the figs.
  • Drizzle with honey, and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For variations, you can use goat cheese instead of cream cheese for a tangier flavor.
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free bread.
