3large - 6-inch pita breads (whole wheat or white)
3tablespoonsolive oil - extra virgin recommended
1teaspoonsalt - adjust to taste
1/2teaspoongarlic powder - optional
1/2teaspoonpaprika - optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika together.
Place the pita triangles on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Brush or spray the olive oil mixture on both sides of the pita triangles.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
