Minty Lavender Chamomile Tea

minty lavender chamomile tea

Unwind with a cup of Minty Lavender Chamomile Tea, perfect for relaxing after a long day. This herbal blend combines the calming properties of chamomile with the refreshing taste of mint and a hint of lavender for a touch of floral sweetness. It’s great for those evenings when you need to relax or right before bed to help you drift off to sleep.

Simple Steps for a Relaxing Tea

Start by boiling water. While it heats, add dried chamomile flowers, fresh mint leaves, and a sprinkle of lavender buds to a tea infuser. If you like your tea sweet, a little honey works well with this blend.

Pour the hot water over the herbs and let them steep for about five minutes. The longer it sits, the stronger the flavors will become. Once it’s steeped to your liking, remove the infuser.

Pour the tea into your favorite mug. Maybe add a slice of lemon for an extra zing. This tea is wonderful on its own or with a light snack.

Drink it hot to feel cozy or chill it for a refreshing cold drink on a warm day. Enjoy the peaceful moments as you sip your Minty Lavender Chamomile Tea.
