Lazy Veggie Stir-Fry

- 1 Spatula
- 1 Cutting board

- 2 cups mixed bell peppers - sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 block firm tofu - (drained and cubed)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger - grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
