Ingredients
- 1 cup 150g raw almonds (soaked in water for at least 8 hours)
- 4 cups 960ml water (plus more for soaking)
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least 8 hours.
- Drain and rinse the soaked almonds, and transfer them to a blender.
- Add 4 cups of fresh water to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the almonds are broken down and the mixture looks milky and frothy.
- Place the nut milk bag or cheese cloth over a bowl, pour the blended mixture into the cloth, and squeeze out the milk thoroughly.
