- Pastry brush
- Small saucepan

Ingredients
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the bottom of the baking dish with butter.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped nuts and cinnamon.
- Place a sheet of phyllo dough into the baking dish and brush with melted butter. Repeat with six more sheets.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of the nut mixture over the top of the phyllo layers.
- Continue layering phyllo and butter, then the nut mixture, until all the ingredients are used up.
- Cut the baklava into diamond-shaped pieces using a sharp knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, honey, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Pour the syrup over the hot baklava, making sure to pour over all the cut lines.
