  • 2 cups all-purpose flour for the dumpling skin
  • 1/2 cup water adjust for dough consistency
  • 1 cup ground pork for filling
  • 1/2 cup shrimp chopped (for filling)
  • 2 green onions finely chopped (for filling)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce for filling
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil for filling
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger for filling

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and water to form a smooth dough. Knead for about 5 minutes and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix ground pork, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to make the filling.

  • Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling skin, fold and seal the edges tightly.
  • Arrange the dumplings in a bamboo steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam over boiling water for about 15 minutes.
