Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fettuccine
  • 4 boneless - skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • While pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
