Ingredients
- 4 ripe plums - pitted and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic - minced
- 1 small onion - chopped
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce - chopped
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the plums, garlic, onion, chipotle pepper, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
