Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches - peeled and pitted
- 1 cup chilled Prosecco or champagne
- 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup or honey - optional
- 1 cup ice
- Peach slices and mint leaves for garnish - optional
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, puree the peeled and pitted peaches until smooth.
- Pour the puree into the ice cube tray and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen peach cubes, Prosecco or champagne, peach schnapps, simple syrup or honey (if using), and ice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into champagne flutes or glasses.

Notes
For a non-alcoholic option, replace the Prosecco or champagne with sparkling apple cider.
