- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 stalk celery - diced
- 1/4 cup red onion - diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in a saucepan over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, until fully cooked. Let cool, then dice into small pieces.
